1. How do I make an order at SUPRÉ Online?
To make an order at SUPRÉ Online you must first become a member by registering Online. You must then make sure that you are logged in at all times if you wish to make an Online order.
2. How is my order delivered?
All parcels are picked up from the SUPRÉ Online office by Australia Post every working day. All parcels are sent by either Registered Post, Express Post, International Registered Post or International Express Post, and all parcels have tracking numbers. If you have not received your parcel within the specified time frame and believe that it could be lost or delayed, you may call the SUPRÉ Online office on
02 9283 1528, from Monday to Friday, 9-5:30
to find out the tracking number for your parcel, or you could email orders@supre.com.au.
3. How much is postage and handling if my order is being sent within Australia?
Postage and Handling for orders being sent within Australia is a flat rate fee of $8.50 for all customers. Purchasing only a Gift Voucher is a flat rate of $4.00.
4. How much is postage and handling if my order is being sent overseas?
There is a $17.50 postage charge for all orders being sent to New Zealand, and a $30 postage charge for orders being sent to anywhere else in the world.
5. Which countries does SUPRÉ Online deliver to?
SUPRÉ Online can deliver to all countries across the globe.
6. Does SUPRÉ Online deliver to PO BOX addresses?
Yes, we do deliver to PO BOX addresses, as we understand that some remote areas do not have mail box addresses and must use PO BOX addresses.
7. How long does it take from the time I order Online until my order is sent?
All orders are completed and sent within 24 hours of the order being received, unless informed otherwise of any delay. (This does not include weekends, as the Online office is only open from Mon-Fri.)
8. How long does it take to deliver my order if it is being sent within Australia?
Orders being sent within Australia normally take between 2-5 working days to arrive. Your order may take longer to arrive if you live in remote country areas. As the Online office is located in Sydney, delivery of your order would depend on how close you are to our location.
9. How long does it take to deliver my order if it is being sent overseas?
International Express Post parcels should be delivered in approximately 1-5 days, depending on how far your location is from Australia. International Registered Post parcels should be delivered in approximately 4-14 days, depending on how far your location is from Australia. Due to varying postals services across the globe, SUPRÉ Online is unable to give a more accurate time frame.
10. Are prices and totals shown in Australian dollars or in my own currency?
All prices and totals shown on the SUPRÉ website are shown in AU$. However, once the payment shows up on your statement/bank account it will be shown in your own currency.
11. Can I return or exchange my Online order?
SUPRÉ Online does not issue refunds and stands by the same policies and procedures that the stores do.
- You have 21 days to return your order to the SUPRÉ Online office, or to a local store that carries those particular garment/s, in the original condition that they were sold to you.
- If returning your garment/s to SUPRÉ Online, please make sure that you fill out the exchange form enclosed in the parcel with all correct details, including your order number. Please be clear, if you want an exchange, which garment/s you wish to exchange for. Please make sure you keep the receipt attached.
- If returning your garment/s to a local store, please make sure you have your receipt. You do not need to fill out the exchange forms.
- If returning the garment/s to SUPRÉ Online, you have the option to choose between an exchange, and/or a WEB CREDIT. A WEB CREDIT can only be used to shop at SUPRÉ Online, and remains in your Online account until you make your next order.
- When returning garment/s for an exchange to SUPRÉ Online, you must enclose a parcel post bag so that we can return the garment/s to you once the exchange is complete.

12. What is the quickest and easiest way to make a payment online?
For all customers ordering from anywhere in the world, making payment with a credit card is always the quickest way to pay for your order. Your payment is charged to your account immediately and your order can be started straight away. We now also accept AMEX cards.
13. Are there any security procedures that I need to follow when paying by credit card?
Yes, there are. If you are a first time SUPRÉ Online shopper and have made an order to the value of $150 or more, then you are required to complete a security check. For a security check to be completed we require the following:
- A copy of the credit card used on the order, front and back.
- A copy of license/photo id of the person’s credit card used on the order, front and back.
SUPRÉ assures that this is very safe to email or fax this information to us. You may black out the middle 8 digits on the credit card, so the full credit card number cannot be read. If you are required to complete a security check on your order, please do so as soon as possible as your order will not be started until it is complete.
14. Does SUPRÉ Online accept Paypal?
Yes, we do accept Paypal. This is also a very quick and easy way to make payment for your order, as the amount is charged immediately. This is the best payment option for International customers who do not own a credit card. If you are not already registered with Paypal, please go to www.paypal.com to join.
15. What is BPAY?
BPAY is an electronic internet transfer of money from one account to another. You can only use BPAY if you have online banking available. BPAY is a very safe way to make payment. Please make sure you use the reference number issued in the email when paying via BPAY for your order.
16. Is my transaction secure?
SUPRÉ Online shopping supplies you with a secure section within the checkout. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser which indicates that all information entered in this section is secure.
17. What is a Money Order?
A money order is a cash payment in the form of cheque, although it is not actually a cheque. You can get money orders from any Australia Post outlets across Australia. Just go into any Australia Post office and ask for a money order to the value of the order, and then pay for it. You then would need to mail the money order to the SUPRÉ Online office for the money order to be redeemed. This would not be the best option for an International customer, unless you know people within Australia who can get a money order for you. Do NOT send cash in the mail.
18. Do I need to be over 18 to shop Online?
No, you do not need to be over 18 to shop online. If you are under the age of 18 you still have the option to pay by Paypal, BPAY or Money Order. With a parent or guardians permission only are you able to shop online using a credit card.
19. What happens to the information I give you?
The information that you supply us with is strictly confidential. We do not reveal, disclose, pass on, sell or distribute to any third parties personal information unless consented by you.
20. Who should I contact if I need more Online help?

If you are having trouble finding a product online that you wish to buy, then it may not always be available online. SUPRÉ Online does not carry the whole range. However, we are more than happy to take manual orders via phone or email for products you cannot find online.
