New year, same you—just fresher clothes! New Year’s Eve may be over but the parties are definitely not stopping! Bring on summer holidays, festival season and another 365 days of you slaying like the boss babe you are.

To get you started on your 2019 style journey, we chatted to our trend expert, Megan, to get her take on New Year’s Day dressing and the top looks to rock this January.

1. Linen Love

Megan assured us "linen is a trans-seasonal fabric that can be worn all year round" and this summer our cute new styles will keep you cool when the temperatures rise·. The key to styling linen is to keep it super chill. Add a sneaker or platform sandal and a belt with a statement buckle.

Less is more, think chic understated vibes for a day party, and for evening events, elevate your linen look with a strappy heeled sandal, bold jewellery, and winged liner!

2. Rock Tees

Megan also told us that in addition to linen, “one thing we see remaining a consistent trend well into 2019 are Rock Tees! We've added a Supré twist to these vintage inspired styles by integrating pops of colour and glitter, we are so happy with how this collection turned out!" Megan's favourite ways to wear Rock Tees for New Year's Day dressing are with a cute woven frill skirt, denim skirt or (of course) the bike short!

The best thing about Rock Tees is that they can literally go with anything and are the perfect foundation piece that can be styled up or down by adding accessories and a bold beauty look.

3. Denim Days

On the rack in front of her Megan had this amazing collection of coloured and printed denim, and we could tell she was dying to talk about it! “Isn’t this denim amazing, from the co-ord green set to the leopard print!” Megan says, “it’s a total myth that denim can only be worn in winter. These vibrant styles are a fresh take on classic denim and I'm so obsessed”.

Dress up your denim outfit with a heel and statement jewellery for a New Year's Day party, or pair back with a bodysuit or Supré Swim top if you're heading to a festival this summer!
