Standard Delivery - $7 

FREE for orders over $50

  • Orders will leave our warehouse within 2-4 business days
  • Delivery to Melbourne Metro, Sydney Metro, Canberra Metro, Brisbane Metro & Adelaide Metro: 3-5 business days
  • Delivery to Perth Metro, Darwin & Alice Springs: 5-8 business days
  • Delivery to Regional Australia: 5-18 business days

Please note: We anticipate high volumes during our sale, so to ensure we meet our delivery timeframes and maintain a positive customer experience Express shipping and Click and Collect will be unavailable over this period. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

International Delivery - $20

$13 delivery to New Zealand

  • Orders will leave our warehouse within 2-4 business days
  • Delivery within 9-26 business days
  • Delivery is not available to PO Box addresses
  • *International delivery charges exclude any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Next business day delivery to roadside addresses and offshore islands within these zones is not guaranteed. For any updates to expected delivery times, please refer to the Australia Post website.
  • Supré will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and Supré will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.
  • While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. 
  • Please note that international orders (including to New Zealand) cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.
  • If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
  • Nail polish, flammable items and some consumable items cannot be shipped internationally. You can find more details on the United Postal Union Convention website.
  • Customs and import charges for international orders: Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.

Free or Reduced Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • No promo code needed! Free or reduced shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order is over the specified threshold. 
  • The threshold is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied.
  • Free or reduced shipping is a limited promotion and not available for orders delivered outside Australia.
