Why are Supre stores closing?
We're doing our part to slow the spread of COVID-19 within the community, and have decided to close our retail stores until further notice. Our online store is still open 24/7 and delivering.
What happens to my Click & Collect order now that stores have closed?
If you placed a Click & Collect order, you have a few options:
> We can hold your order until our stores reopen
> You can change your order to home delivery. You will be refunded for items that are out of stock.
> You can cancel your order and request a refund.

How can I return or exchange an instore purchase?
We have an unlimited Returns & Exchanges policy, as long as items are in new condition with tags attached and you have proof of purchase. For instore purchases, we kindly ask that you wait until our stores re-open. For online orders, you can request a free return or exchange here.

We're working hard to get your orders to you as safely as possible. Please allow a few extras days for your order to be processed. There may also be some delivery delays depending on Australia Post's network capacity.

How can I make a return or exchange?

What happens to my perks rewards during this time?
As always, you can continue to shop online and earn perks rewards.
To view your points and rewards balance, log into My Account and select My Perks. If you have an active voucher, you can apply it to your online cart instantly.
If you have a voucher that has expired during this time and you were unable to shop instore, we'll be re-issuing a new voucher via email once our stores reopen.
